BrandVibe Community is looking for interested candidates with SALES or CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for our clients.
Requirements:
-Customer service or sales experience is an asset
-Must have strong verbal communication skills in the English language
-Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
-Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
-Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
-Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
-Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
-A customer service “superstar”
-History of reliability and dependability
-Strong ability to communicate over the phone
-Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions
Job Type:
-Full-time
-At least 4 days/week (preferably 5 days), Monday to Friday
-Full hours, from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM
-In-person (not remote)

-Base-pay+ uncapped compensation structure + daily bonus structure
-On average, skilled representatives can earn approximately $62,400 plus per year

Role Description:
-The representative will campaign for amazing humanitarian projects, speak with donors, residential home-owners, and verify donor information
-The representative will develop a rapport with donors, demonstrate a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
-Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times.
-The representative will participate in orientation and put their skills to immediate and meaningful use
-Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
-Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns
-Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form
